Introducing Helpnest: your knowledge, ready to answer

Meet Helpnest, an AI support agent trained on your website and documents, with a shared inbox for the conversations that need your team.

The answers already exist. Finding them takes work.

Your refund policy is in the help center. Your setup guide is in a PDF. The answer to a common product question is somewhere on your website. Customers still ask because searching for the right page takes effort.

Helpnest brings that knowledge into a conversation. Add your content, configure an agent, and let visitors ask questions in their own words. The agent retrieves relevant information and can link to the sources it used.

Start with the content you already maintain

You can add website URLs, upload documents, paste text, or write question-and-answer pairs. Each agent has its own knowledge and instructions, so a sales agent does not need to answer from the same material as a technical support agent.

Before you publish, try real customer questions in the playground. Look for missing information, conflicting policies, and answers that need a clearer source. Read our quickstart for the complete workflow.

A conversation can still need a person

Some questions are not documentation problems. A billing dispute or an account-specific issue needs someone with the right context and authority. Visitors can ask for a person, and your team can continue the conversation in the shared inbox.

That handoff is part of the product. The conversation history stays available, and the AI pauses while the team handles the thread. Our inbox guide explains how to take over and hand a conversation back.

Use the model and channel that fit

Helpnest supports models through Google Vertex AI, Anthropic, and Parasail. The model you choose affects the credits consumed by each AI reply; human replies are free. See the current models and credits documentation rather than assuming every reply has the same cost.

Publish an agent as a website widget, use its shareable link, or connect a Telegram bot. Website installation uses a small script snippet. You can also restrict the widget to your own domains.

What comes next

Helpnest is under active development, and access is being opened through the waitlist. We are starting with a practical loop: add knowledge, test answers, put the agent in front of customers, and improve the content from the questions it receives.

Join the waitlist if that sounds useful for your team. You can explore the documentation now to understand the workflow before you get access.

Build on what you know.

See the setup workflow in our docs, or join the Helpnest waitlist.
