Browser voice (beta)
Enable a call button in your widget and a dictation microphone beside the message box. Visitors speak one turn at a time and hear the agent’s answer, with mute, interrupt, and end-call controls. Requests for a teammate continue in text chat. ElevenLabs server configuration is required.
More ways to train your agent, keep its answers current, and get your team started.
New
Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, and Notion
Connect an account and import selected documents or pages into your agent. Browse folders, load more results, and select up to five sources per import. Supported formats and provider access limits apply.
Choose manual, daily, or weekly refresh for website and connected cloud sources. Failed refreshes keep previously indexed knowledge available. New files added to a folder still need to be imported separately.
Turn useful teammate replies into Q&A knowledge after a conversation has been quiet for 30 minutes. Review open questions and remove learned answers when needed.
Track sales and signups from visitors who chatted with your agent, and compare conversion rates. Attribution shows a relationship; it does not establish that a chat caused a purchase.
Eligible early-stage teams can apply for a paid Helpnest plan free for three to six months. The initial pilot has 50 places and includes launch support.
New documentation covers supported formats, importing, refresh schedules, reconnecting, and removing knowledge. The landing page now shows all eight source types.
