What is Helpnest?
Helpnest is an AI customer support chatbot that learns your website and docs, answers customers 24/7, and hands conversations to your team when needed.
Helpnest lets you build an AI support agent trained on your own content: your website, help center, PDFs, and FAQs. The agent answers customer questions on your website, on a shareable link, or in Telegram. When it can't help, it hands the conversation to your team in a shared inbox.
How it works
- Add knowledge. Point Helpnest at your website or upload documents. It reads them and builds a searchable knowledge base.
- Configure the agent. Pick an AI model, a tone of voice, an answer length, and any instructions it should always follow.
- Test it. Chat with the agent in the dashboard exactly as a visitor would.
- Go live. Paste one script tag into your site. Conversations appear in your inbox.
When a customer asks a question, Helpnest finds the most relevant passages from your knowledge and the model answers using only those passages. If the answer isn't in your content, the agent says it doesn't know and offers to connect the customer with a person, instead of guessing.
What you can build
- A website support chatbot that answers questions about shipping, refunds, pricing, and accounts.
- A documentation assistant for your help center or developer docs.
- A lead capture agent that collects visitor emails while answering pre-sales questions.
- A Telegram support bot that uses the same knowledge as your website agent.
