Chat widget appearance and visibility

Customize your Helpnest chat widget's colors, icon, position and light or dark mode, and choose which pages, devices, and hours it appears on.

Appearance

  • Chat icon and position: upload a custom bubble icon and place the bubble bottom-left or bottom-right.
  • Theme: choose a preset color or any hex color, and light or dark mode.

Page rules

Show the widget on all pages, only on pages you list, or everywhere except pages you list. Enter one rule per line:

Paths match the page path, * matches anything, and full URLs match the whole address.

Devices

Turn the widget on or off separately for desktop and mobile.

Schedule

Show the widget always, or only on chosen days between set hours in your agent's time zone. Outside those hours the bubble is hidden.
