Team members, workspaces and security
Invite teammates to your Helpnest workspace, understand owner, admin and member roles, and learn how Helpnest protects your data.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing and transferring ownership. Each workspace has one owner. |
| Admin | Invite and remove members, change roles, edit workspace settings, and delete agents. |
| Member | Build, train, and test agents, and reply to conversations. |
Invite people from Members. They receive an email link to join.
Workspaces
Use separate workspaces for separate companies or clients. Each has its own agents, members, leads, and data, and you can switch between them from the sidebar. The number of workspaces depends on your plan.
Security
- Passwords are hashed with scrypt and never stored in plain text.
- Each workspace's agents, sources, and conversations are isolated from every other account.
- Public chat and sign-in endpoints are rate-limited.
- Allowed domains stop other sites from embedding your agent.
- Deleting a source or agent removes its content from answers immediately.
