Helpnest for Startups: free paid plans for early-stage teams

Helpnest for Startups gives early-stage companies a paid Helpnest plan at no cost for 3 to 6 months, so you can put an AI support agent in front of customers before you hire a support team. The current run is a pilot limited to 50 startups.

The offers

Each offer is a full paid plan. It includes every model, the shared inbox, self-learning and revenue attribution, with the same limits as paying customers get.

Accelerator Partner also includes a shared onboarding session with our team. Every pilot startup can ask for a launch review of its sources and first answers, and for help moving existing FAQs and docs into Helpnest.

Who can apply

• You've raised less than $5M in total funding, or you're bootstrapped.
• You have a live product or website, or you're launching within 3 months.
• You're not already paying for a Helpnest plan.
• One application per company, using a work email address.

For Accelerator Partner, you also need a referral from a partner accelerator, incubator or fund. Name it in your application. We may ask the partner to confirm.

How to apply

1. Choose an offer. Pick Founder Launch if you answer customers yourself, or Startup Growth if you already have regular support volume or several products.
2. Fill in the form on the startup program page: your name, work email, company, website, stage and, optionally, what customers ask you most. No card is needed.
3. Watch your inbox. You get a confirmation right away. We review every application by hand and usually reply within a few business days. We may approve a different offer than the one you asked for.

Each email address can apply once. To change your application, reply to the confirmation email.

After you're approved

Your approval email shows the plan and the date your free access ends. The plan is linked to the email address you applied with:

• No account yet? Sign up with that same email address. The plan is active as soon as you verify it.
• Already have an account? The plan is active immediately, with no checkout.

Open Billing in the dashboard to see your plan and its end date. The plan covers every workspace you own, and anyone you invite uses your allowances. Then follow the quickstart to build and install your first agent.

When free access ends

Two weeks before your free access ends, we email the address you applied with. You then have two choices:

• Keep your plan. Subscribe from Billing at the regular price: $5/month for Startups or $20/month for Growth. You can subscribe at any time during the free period, but billing starts when you subscribe.
• Do nothing. Your account moves to the Free plan when the period ends. Your agents, knowledge and conversations stay in place, and new additions are limited to the Free plan's allowances.
